LUG Con 2026 Crew Applications Now Open Through July 31: Help with Operations or Host a Game!

The countdown to the ultimate tabletop weekend has officially begun. From October 1-4, 2026, the Gas South Convention Center will transform into a haven for gamers, creators, and adventurers from across the country. But a legendary convention doesn’t just happen. It’s built by a dedicated party of heroes.

If you want to lead the way as a LUG Con 2026 crew member, the time to roll for initiative is now.

No great adventure is successful without a balanced party. Our crew is divided into two vital roles, and we are looking for passionate people to fill both sides of the screen:

• Operations Crew: The unsung heroes who keep the convention running smoothly, managing everything from registration and line control to the tabletop gaming library.

• Event Hosts Crew: The legendary gamemasters, RPG storytellers, and board game teachers who bring the tables to life. Please note: Anyone looking to host a game or event at LUG Con 2026 must apply as a crew member!
