If you’ve been accepted but have not yet purchased a booth, simply reach out to us—we would love to explore alternative ways for you to stay involved, such as sponsorships, donations, or having team members host events or demos on your behalf.
If you’ve already purchased a booth, we consider that a mutual commitment, and changes at that stage can have a meaningful impact on event planning. That said, we’ll always do our best to work with you and coordinate next steps, including any applicable refunds, based on our policies.
In all cases, we ask that you carefully consider your availability before applying and communicate any concerns you have with us directly and as soon as possible so we can find the best path forward together.
